Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Let us know when you plan to visit Clear Lake and the number of days you are staying in the house. Once we
confirm availability, a Rental Agreement will either be emailed or faxed to you.

A 30% deposit is required to process the reservation, and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. In
addition, a $300 security deposit should be received no later than 2 weeks prior to rental dates.* The deposit
serves to ensure payment in case of property damage, missing items, and key replacement. The deposit will
be returned within 1 week after the conclusion of the rental and inspection of the premise. We accept
personal check, money order, and cashier's check.

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged when reservations are canceled more than 2 weeks prior to rental
start date. A 30% charge will apply if canceled within 14 days of rental date.
